Admissions
ATS is an apostolic mission. In March of 2003 the Lord
instructed our senior leadership team and core faculty to build a leadership training engine to train
Kingdom leaders for the 21st Century and raise up a new generation of
apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers for an apostolic
reformation of His Church. As a result of this mandate from the Lord, all of our degree programs and courses are offered free of charge to anyone who desires to prepare for fivefold ministry or to serve Christ's Kingdom in the marketplace.
This is only possible through the grace of God and the generous support of partnering pastors and churches, as well as, individual patrons or benefactors who have a heart to see Christ's Kingdom established and His Church reformed and raised up in the cities and nations throughout the earth.
However, while all of our courses and degree programs are free, there are two one-time charges required of all students wishing to receive course credit towards one of our ATS degrees.
First, there is a registration fee of $50.00 to cover costs of paying a registrar to evaluate and create transcripts.
Second, there is a $300.00 Life Learning Survey Fee for students who wish to have their life learning or work experience evaluated for credit towards an ATS degree.
(Please note that ATS reserves the right to waive these requirements
for worthy students who are unable to pay either the Registration or
the Life-Learning fees. In order for these fees to be waived the
prospective student must contact the ATS Registrar at gekouri@mac.com.)
With our open enrollment, it's never too late to enroll. ATS does not use either semester or quarter systems. And because our courses are archived online they are always available to students just as long as a senior faculty overseer is available to direct coursework, evaluate student assignments and interact with students via our chat rooms or forums. (See Currently Offered Courses.)
ATS also offers the flexibility of auditing individual courses, enrolling in an individual course for credit or enrolling in a complete degree program. Students
just desiring to gain more knowledge and understanding to enhance their lives and
ministry, but not necessarily seeking an ATS degree or course credit
may enroll in individual courses by going directly to the ATS Learning Center and do not need to complete an enrollment application or pay an enrollment or registration fee.
Enrollment in Individual Courses
Students may enroll in individual courses for credit without enrolling in a degree program; however, they must complete an enrollment application and pay the one-time $50.00 registration fee in order to establish a
student record or transcript. Enrollment in individual courses is done through the ATS Learning Center. Click here to go there now.

Life-Learning/Accomplishments Evaluation
Students enrolling in a degree program are encouraged to consider a Life-Learning/Accomplishments Evaluation as a way to receive credit for prior academic work and achievement, as well as, life and leadership experience, and ministry accomplishments.
The
typical ATS student is seasoned and experienced both in life and
ministry with years of not only academic, but also ministerial
training and experience. Recognizing the value of
life and ministry experience and accomplishments, we are prepared to
award credit toward an ATS degree for relevant experience. However the
process is thorough and carefully considers each applicant's educational,
vocational, and ministry accomplishments.
There
is no limit to the number of credits that may be awarded and there is
no charge to the student for credit awarded. The
Life-Learning/Accomplishments Evaluation has the potential of promoting
the student into advanced-placement in a degree program and saving the
student much time and effort. In some cases the faculty evaluation
committee may even recommend placing a student into an advanced degree
program based on the evaluation. The non-refundable $300
Life-Learning/Accomplishments Evaluation fee helps qualified students
accelerate and elevate their ATS educational experience and can be paid using this form.
If you are interested in pursuing a life learning evaluation you may contact the ATS Academic Dean by e-mail at mdaub@cox.net or write Michael Daub, Academic Dean Apostles Theological Seminary, 9861 St Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32557.
Tuition Cost Per Unit: No Charge
Our typical course is 3 units. As already mentioned, ATS provides its unparalleled
curriculum at no cost to our students, unless the student wishes to receive credit towards a degree. In which case the student must fill out an admissions form and pay the $50.00 one-time registration or enrollment fee.
Free Course Materials
In keeping with our apostolic mandate, wherever possible, required
course materials are also provided in downloadable file formats at no
cost to our students.
Purchase of Textbooks
Students
are encouraged to purchase all other course-required textbooks or
recommended reading materials not available in downloadable formats
from the ATS online bookstore.
Transcripts
Upon
admission to ATS, a transcript is created for each student. Up to three
transcripts are available to the student without charge. Additional
transcripts may be ordered for $12 each.
Partnering Churches, Networks, Patrons, and Benefactors
As mentioned above ATS is an apostolic or missionary organization! In keeping with our God given mandate to raise a new generation of ministers and Kingdom leaders to reform
Christ's Church and establish Kingdom Civilization in every city and
nation throughout the earth all of our courses and degree programs are available without charge. ATS also reserves the right to waive the one-time $50.00 registration or enrollment fee for worthy students who are unable to pay it. This
especially applies to the Third World, where there is a deep hunger for knowledge of
God and His Kingdom. Many of our students are apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers actively involved in ministry and the work of the Kingdom in cities throughout the Continent of Africa and India.
(We are also in the process of developing correspondence courses for
geographic regions where Internet access is either too difficult or
expensive for students to access.)
Because we do not charge tuition fees for our outstanding courses, our ability to fulfill our mandate is dependent upon the Lord and the generous support and partnership of mission-minded pastors and churches, as well as, individual patrons and benefactors who have a heart to see the Lord's Church reformed and His Kingdom established throughout the cities and nations of the earth. If you are the senior pastor of a local church, the head
of a network of churches or an individual patron or benefactor and interested in
becoming a covenant partner with ATS and helping us fulfill our global mission to raise up a new
generation of ministers and Kingdom leaders for the 21st Century, please contact our Chancellor directly by e-mail at gekouri@mac.com or you may write Dr. George E. Kouri, Apostles Theological Seminary, 9861 St Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32557.
